THE PRINCIPLES OF A V.I PHARMA INTERNATIONAL S.A AND IT’S ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

The upper management of the company has established specific principles upon which the anti-bribery policy is based. These are:

  • The company enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, lawfully, and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships.
  • It does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption.
  • It will not provide, offer, or agree to provide, authorize, or request anyone to offer, directly or indirectly, any kind of benefit to any person, in order for that person to act, by action or omission, in breach of their duties.
  • It will never solicit or accept, directly or indirectly, any kind of benefit or the promise of one, as an inducement or reward for improper behavior in the form of acts or omissions that arise from or conflict with someone’s duties.
  • The policy is appropriate to the company’s purpose and objectives.
  • It actively complies with all laws and regulations concerning anti-bribery, money laundering, and terrorism, and acknowledges its duty to report any suspicious conduct to the relevant Greek Authorities.
  • It is committed to the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
  • It informs and trains staff, partners, and subcontractors regarding the anti-bribery policy.
  • It defines and measures specific anti-bribery objectives.
  • It assigns the management of the System to a designated role, the Anti-Bribery Management System Officer.

This Policy is available to all company personnel, who are required to apply it.
